Special Features :
- Pan type mixer / Reversible drum mixer / Twin Shaft Mixer /
Planetary Mixer.
- Separate drive motor through gearbox for mixer and for skip
hopper.
- Heavy foundation frame for stability.
- Discharge height to accommodate truck mixer/concrete
pump/bucket.
- Electronic loadcells for accurate weigh-ment of each batch
with digital display.
- Motorized air compressor with auto start.
- Solenoid operated pneumatic gates to discharge pre-determined
quantity of the various aggregates into the weighing hopper.
- Motorized cement screw conveyor with hopper/Silo to discharge
preset quantity of cement into Hopper/Mixer.
- Control panel with auto and manual operations.
- Boom Scrapper 9-12m. Length (as per requirement) with control
cabin, motorized winch 180deg. swiveling arrangement / or Inline
storage hoppers with Belt Conveyers.
- Electronic flow meter with electric water pump, digital
display, to discharge preset quantity of water into the Mixer
drum at the required time.
- Alternatively water tank with loadcel arrangement, digital
display, electric water pump, to discharge preset quantity of
water into the mixer drum.
Optional Additions :
- Recipe storage and print-out facility.
- Admixture dosing arrangement.
- Screw conveyor for flyash.
- Separate weighing hopper for cement.
- Pneumatic wheels for site movement of con. mixer, in case of
smaller size.
